Returns Policy

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Item

Please notify us within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is faulty so we can organise a replacement for you. We will not take responsibility for damages or fault after this timeframe. To be eligible for return, customer must:

  1. Send clear images of the fault/damage by emailing info@diskrafte.com.au
  2. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Change of Mind

We do not accept exchanges or returns due to change of mind including size, colour, designs, etc. Therefore, please ensure that your sizing is correct by referring to the sizing charts provided on each product listing. There is no refunds, exchanges or returns unless items are defective or faulty. In this case, please contact info@diskrafte.com.au

Returns

Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email. Once we receive your returned package, your replacement item will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
